Blackberry Sidecar

Remy Martin VSOP Cognac
Cointreau
Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Blackberries
Plum Bitters
Sugar

Dip rim of a bar glass in lemon juice and then coat in sugar. Muddle blackberries in the bottom of the glass and top with cognac, cointreau and a squeeze of lemon juice. Add a dash of bitters and a few plump blackberries. Serve.

    This drink is amazing I can’t leave unless I’ve had about 3 of them, I wish they would put the amount of liquor that is in the drink. I can only wish.
