The Ginger Pop

gingerpop3 parts Jean Lafitte Ginger Ale
1.5 parts Bayou Rum
1 tsp. Meyer lemon juice
2 drops 18.21 Grapefruit Lavender Bitters

Stir all ingredients to mix (shaking will lose carbonation) and pour into a coupe glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
