Spend Halloween With Scott & Zelda Fitzgerald

Spend Halloween night at the Scott and Zelda Fitzgerald Museum in Montgomery, Alabama, this year. The only museum in the country dedicated to the couple and located in the home they lived in from 1931-1932, the Old Cloverdale neighborhood abode lends itself quite well to a party. With the theme “Mobsters and Monsters,” mayhem and music will take place out on the front lawn with swinging jazz by The Lo-Fi Loungers. Tickets are only $25 and include complimentary drinks and hors d’oeuvres.

An added bonus this year, 10 pre-release copies of “Z: A Novel of Zelda Fitzgerald” by Therese Anne Fowler, to be published by St. Martin’s Press in March 2013, will be given away to lucky attendees. Prizes for the best costume in both the “mobster” and “monster” categories will also be awarded.

Take this rare opportunity to escape into the world of the Jazz Age for an evening and party just as Zelda and Scott did with their friends in Zelda’s hometown. The party starts October 31 at 6 p.m.
