The Red Devil Cocktail

New Orleans craft distiller Atelier Vie‘s Euphrosine Gin #9 recently won a gold medal at the inaugural craft spirits judging of the American Craft Distillers Association. Try it in a cocktail that’s a favorite of founder Jedd Haas.

1 part Euphrosine Gin #9
1 part Campari
1/2 part Lillet Rouge
1/2 part Toulouse Red, Absinthe Rouge

Method
Stir with ice, strain and serve up or on the rocks with a lemon peel twist.
