2 oz. Ivy mountain sour mash
2 sage leaves
1/2 oz. maple syrup
1/2 oz. lemon juice
3 dashes fee brothers barrel aged bitters
Muddle sage, maple syrup and lemon juice together. Add sour mash and bitters, shake well, and strain over a large ice sphere or large ice cubes. Garnish with a sage leaf.
