Chocolate Dipped Ginger Moravian Cookies
Marshmallows

Lightly toast or brulee a full-sized marshmallow (for best results, use a brulee torch). Immediately place the marshmallow between two Chocolate Dipped Ginger Moravian Cookies, with the chocolate sides pointing inward to allow the warm marshmallow to melt the chocolate.

Pair with hot cocoa, Tawny Port, Chardonnay or Cabernet Sauvignon.

Recipe courtesy of Salem Baking Co., which began as a retail bakery in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, operating continuously since 1930 as Dewey’s Bakery. Their Moravian Cookies are available online in flavors ranging from Ginger Spice to Meyer Lemon and Cranberry Orange.
