Wildflower Honey Punch

In celebration of summer, the Omni Royal Orleans in New Orleans has introduced a honey-inspired Art of Water regional poolside menu for guests to enjoy beside its rooftop saltwater pool. Sip on this punch made with Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey Whiskey and locally sourced honey while enjoying one of the best views of the French Quarter and Mississippi River, or mix up a batch at home to enjoy with friends in the back yard.
1.5 oz. Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey Whiskey
.5 oz. Finest Call White Sangria
.5 oz. Wildflower Honey Water*
1 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. orange juice
Dash of Angostura bitters
Lemon slice for garnish
*To make Wildflower Honey Water, add 2 parts wildflower honey to 1 part hot water. Stir until dissolved. Keep in a squeeze bottle and refrigerate on ice.
In a cocktail shaker, combine all the ingredients (except the bitters) with ice and shake vigorously. Pour contents into a plastic cup. Garnish with lemon slice and top with bitters.
