Beer Cocktails from Good People Brewing

Beer cocktails are a great alternative to summer’s traditional, more expected concoctions. A few Birmingham, Alabama, bars are putting a twist on Good People Brewing Co.’s beers to create delicious and simple cocktails that can be easily made at home. Good People Brewing is the oldest and largest brewery in the state of Alabama and the first craft brewery in the Southeast to can their beers.

Southern Sun

1.5 oz Cocchi Americano
0.5 oz Jack Rudy Tonic syrup
3 oz Good People Pale Ale

2 cups Cathead Honeysuckle Vodka
1 cup strawberry/black pepper simple syrup
1 cup lemon juice
2 cups water
4 12 oz. cans Good People Bearded Lady
